Wynsight is a configurable web-based supply chain visibility dashboard that integrates and translates module performance data into actionable insights to streamline order fulfillment, replenishment, inventory, transportation, procurement, and human resource operations. As an interoperable warehouse management platform, Wynsight is extremely compatible and presents real-time KPIs in either pre-configured dashboards or completely customizable formats.

The Warehouse Rx module contains the movement and tracking algorithms to efficiently move product through your facility for receiving, shipping, replenishment and quality assurance activities. Warehouse Rx ensures product gets moved from where it is to where it needs to be in the most effective manner possible.

The Wynsoft Visibility module utilizes stored data from other Wynsoft modules as well as external software data stores and converts that data into useable information to expose statistical results that will help guide your operations to their peak efficiency. Visibility provides real-time feedback of your operations to staff that can quickly react to trends and affect change for maximum throughput.

Sym3 Operator is a comprehensive SCADA solution specifically designed for the Material Handling industry that provides a 3D view of the material handling system and provides an interface for the operator to monitor system and remotely control the system.

This module is designed to buffer totes, cartons or any other conveyable storage mediums for the purpose of marshaling them together until a specific accumulation or timed event occurs. In addition to accumulating the physical product, the module allows for the management of the actual lane for status, release, and visibility.

The Wynsoft Labeler Module handles the tasks of creating and adding labels and documentation both inside and outside of your conveyable packages. Working in conjunction with other Wynsoft Modules, Labeler can provide transportation information such as product rating, destination, packing lists, marketing literature and much more to the outbound process for your customers.

The Wynsoft Decant module supports the movement of inventory from one storage medium to another for efficient put-away and storage. The familiar use of this module would be to prepare inventory for selection by moving product from a pallet to a tote or other style container better utilized by conveyor for the storage and / or selection process.

The BI Data Warehouse solution stores information from your database and prepares it for use with the Wynsight module. It exposes the vast multitude of data from your Wynsoft modules and potentially other 3rd party software modules and puts that data to use in new and actionable ways.

The Wynsoft Convey module provides the control and software functions for routing product through the various types of material handling equipment. The software portion of this module supports lookup and pass-thru information from the PLC’s for rating and shipping information and interacts with various other Wynsoft modules to efficiently flow product.

The Wynsoft Communicator module facilitates the interaction between provided Wynsoft modules and external solutions such as WMS, TMS, YMS, LMS and others.

The Wynsoft Auditor module is flexible to support even the most demanding quality control aspects of your operations. The Auditor module in conjunction with the Warehouse Rx and Convey modules moves inventory to operators who perform the quality checks with visualization for more effective and reliable counts.
