Featured Highlights at the Daifuku Booth
• Sorting Transfer Robot S (SOTR-S)
A compact, high-speed mobile robot sorting solution capable of processing up to 10,000 order lines per hour. Designed for flexibility and scalability, the SOTR-S helps reduce labor dependency while significantly increasing throughput in high-volume operations.
• 4-way pallet shuttle
A rail-guided shuttle vehicle designed to retrieve and deposit pallets within a racking system. Commonly referred to as a 4-way pallet shuttle, this solution enables efficient, high-density pallet storage and retrieval.
• Shuttle Rack M & MX
High-throughput automated storage systems engineered for cartons, totes, and trays. The MX model features advanced multidirectional XY movement, offering greater flexibility, redundancy, and operational efficiency for modern warehouse environments.
• CF1500 Counterbalance Fork Vehicle
The CF1500 is a robust mobile robot designed for efficient material transport in warehouse applications. It integrates seamlessly with Daifuku’s storage, picking, and sorting solutions, supporting smooth end to end pallet movement.
This new vehicle from Daifuku provides end-of-line pallet handling and lane-based material storage solutions with 3D obstacle detection and guide to pocket pallet handling. With a capacity of 1500 kg (3,300 lbs.), it efficiently moves loads to and from the floor, racks, conveyors, and load stands.
Designed for use in facilities where floor space is at a premium, the CF1500's 762 mm (30 in.) wheelbase has a tight turning radius to perform in warehouse operations.
